Hello! I’m Debbie
Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist
My journey to where I am today, started twenty years ago, when, following a debilitating car accident, I discovered how Yoga, if taught well and practiced regularly could put a body back together, preventing back surgery in my case and promoting healing from within.
Quickly qualifying as a teacher, I began to teach others what I had been taught and this road took me to study with many world-renowned teachers, allowing me to perfect my skills and add knowledge that I may not have otherwise gained.
This process was aided by my past life as long haul cabin crew, allowing me to train at Yoga schools all over the world when ‘down route’ picking up cultural differences and nuances as I travelled.
A lifelong interest in how the body’s muscular system relates to chronic pain spurred me to sign up with the Jing Institute of Advanced Clinical Massage in Brighton , renowned as being the Number One training facility for Therapeutic pain relief. Qualifying as one of their students was just the start of this new phase of my career.
Putting this all together, I can therefore offer a unique combination of skills, together with an intuitive understanding of each clients needs to give you a well-rounded massage treatment.
And with this profound knowledge of clinical massage techniques, meets my often remarked upon, ‘magic healing Reiki hands’, I have no doubt whatsoever that you will leave me feeling, relaxed, restored and ready for anything.
